This is a great dementia puzzle for the elderly. The pieces are huge and the colors are very vivid and bright. They have six different styles and that will really keep them busy for quite a while I love this idea and I think it'll really help quite a bit.
The puzzles are good quality. Pieces are thick and fit together well. The design is unique and makes “solving” the puzzles an engaging activity.The images, however, at least the barn picture, appear to be AI generated. There is strangeness with the horses. Heads and faces seem not fully rendered. Eyes are missing. One horse head looks more like a dog snout. Legs are odd.I noticed fewer problems with the other two images.This may or may not be a problem for the person who will work your puzzles. Someone who notices fine details might have problems with the weirdness of the one.
I’ve purchased many Keeping Busy products for my mom, who has advanced-stage dementia, and they’re typically very sturdy and long-lasting. This puzzle set, however, feels a bit flimsier than others I’ve tried, and I’m unsure how well it will hold up with repeated use. The pictures are vibrant and colorful, which I know my mom will enjoy, though the bunnies on one of the puzzles look a bit off.My biggest concern is the shape of the puzzle pieces. They’re not symmetrical or traditional shapes, which might make it harder for her to figure out how to fill them in. It would be much more user-friendly if the puzzles were true "fill-in" types, with a base picture and corresponding pieces to match. If that were the case, this would easily be a 5-star review. We’ll see how it works out!
