How to Use
- The tile sorting templates are used to familiarize the player with the numbers. Each template shows one number at a time.
- Once the person can sort by number, use the matching templates to demonstrate how to connect the tiles by number.
- Next, fill in the empty spaces in the templates missing some pieces.
- Use the number matching templates to match the tiles numerically to the number written on the template.
- For added complexity, use the templates with 3 in a row to also connect the tiles by number - this is more difficult because the person has to match the tiles numerically and connect them according to the numbers on the other tiles.
- The game can be played alone or with multiple players. Players take turns connecting the tiles by number.

After a little TLC (and a touch of glue), this is a great dominoes game for my mom with dementia. The blocks are smooth and easy to read. The concepts and challenges on the cards are not too difficult, but do require a little bit of thought. This is a great option to occupy a few minutes each day and feel like we are challenging some logic and matching. Thank you for not putting the full description on the box. It makes her very sad when she realizes her memory is failing her.
Though I am not using it for it's intended purpose, we are happy with it. The domino's are large and easy to see. We are using them to help our child recognize number patterns and learn math. She enjoys these as they are colorful and engaging.

The domino puzzle board has been a very useful tool for our family member with dementia. The puzzle cards can go inside the board or lay out on the counter. The domino's themselves are large pieces at about 2 and1/2 inches and easier to handle than standard domino pieces. I particularly like the colored dots as apposed to the black dots, it makes it a little less difficult when matching the pieces. It is a nice addition to our activity box of games for dementia and one that I would recommend.
I ordered this to use for my patient with dementia. She loves it and it provides hours of entertainment and very soft and easy to use for her. It’s nice quality and patients with dementia really seem to enjoy it
